SHIPPING INFO:
HenryManningArtist.com generally ships via UPS anywhere in the U.S. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or FPO addresses.
For original paintings, we will process and ship your order within 48 hours.
UPS shipments are guaranteed to arrive as selected by you (same day, second day, etc). UPS Ground, is estimated to arrive between 1 and 5 business days. Additional transit time detail can be found at www.ups.com.
DAMAGES:
We take every precaution to ensure your package is securely packed so it will arrive in good condition. If you discover damage upon opening your order, please notify us immediately.
ADDRESS ERRORS:
Packages that are returned to us undeliverable due to bad addresses will be re-shipped at an additional shipping expense to the customer. We will notify customers for permission to do so prior to re-shipping. Should the customer choose to cancel the order rather than re-ship, we will credit back for the items purchased (less a $5 restocking fee), but the shipping cost is not refundable.
CANCELLING ORDERS:
Orders can be cancelled up until the time they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it.
GUARANTEES AND RETURN POLICY:
All our products are satisfaction guaranteed. Return any product to us with your receipt within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price (sorry, freight associated with the shipping of the product is not refundable).
Product returns can be made if there is a defect in workmanship upon arrival. The recipient of such a product should call 541.563.6213 and request a return authorization for the defective product. Shipping cost on an authorized returned defective product will be paid by HenryManningArtist.com.
