Homage to Degas. This abstract nude artwork shows a similar overhead perspective that one might find in a Degas work of the same subject matter. I was very pleased to have such a minimum use of line indicate the volume of the female figure. A sense of volume is even more of a challenge when the painting style employs uniform color fields.
