This abstract art image of a moon rising over layered forested ridges is another example of the perceptual effects primarily resulting from the controlled variation of color intensity. The effect of the glowing moon is accomplished in a similar manner via color changes in that body’s concentric rings. This abstract landscape is interesting in its simplicity.
