This abstract art piece is about sloughs, the small water exits that open to larger bodies of water, typically saltwater. The unlikely perspective of an uphill run to the sea, bounded by rip-wrap boulders, was visually interesting to me; still easy to imagine small craft making their way “out the slough”.
